1. Overview
Chuck's Autograph Alley sells randomized bundles of autographed baseball cards ("mystery packs"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order with us.
3. How Mystery Packs Work
Each order is filled by randomly selecting the purchased number of cards from our current in-stock inventory. Because selection is random by design, we cannot guarantee which specific card(s) you will receive, and requests to choose or exchange a specific card cannot be accommodated.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
We currently ship within the United States only. A flat shipping fee is added at checkout. Orders are packed by hand and typically ship within 3 business days of being placed. If we expect a longer delay, we'll contact you with an updated timeline and the option to cancel for a full refund. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you; if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier's tracking.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are packed by hand and often fulfilled quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change request will be received in time. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order — we'll accommodate the request if it hasn't already shipped, but can't promise it once packing has begun.
7. Authenticity Guarantee & Returns
Every card is hand-verified before it's added to inventory. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have any concern about authenticity, contact us and we'll make it right. Because of the random, one-of-a-kind nature of each pack, we do not accept returns simply because you did not receive a specific card you were hoping for.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cards are collectibles sold as-is beyond the authenticity guarantee above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your purchase, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
